Death By A 100,000 Rules and Regulations
Seton Motley has a very good article at "Big" on how the Obama administration is bypassing Congress to initiate there policy by rules and regulations. This is something that many people have pointed out that they were going to do. It's amazing that this country that has been built on three branches of government, could find itself in the place that one of those branches could decide that the others don't matter.

What better way could you find to destroy this country than from within. We have, for over a hundred years, been too strong to bring down from the outside. Al-Queda tried it with the attacks on 9/11 without success. I am not saying they didn't hurt us, they did, but they didn't come anywhere close to bringing us down. The same with Pearl Harbor. We are strong enough to get through all that.

Where we have always been vulnerable is from within. The framers of the constitution new that. That is one of the reasons that they put the qualification to be President to be someone who actually was a native born American. They made provisions for us to take our problems to the Supreme Court for final decision.

They even foresaw that there might be a need for a militia to overthrow people who were acting outside the law and the constitution. They knew there were people who would go to any lengths to get what they wanted. They had lived under that kind of regime.

Our rulers think that they have the upper hand, and in the short term they do, but this country was designed to correct itself. The only way that they can force us to do their will, will be if they can turn the military against the people. Perhaps this could happen, who knows. Is it likely? I don't think so!

What is likely is that the American people are going to have a rough few years, while the courts work through the problems this administration and the last congress have put on us. It is going to cost us in money, lives, and standing in the world. It is literally a death by a 100,000 rules and regulations.

But thankfully, with all deaths, there is a rebirth!!!! Hopefully with the help of God, our rebirth as a nation, will leave us stronger and more of aware of what our enemies within can cause. At the very least, we will have woken up!A Patriot's History of the United States: From Columbus's Great Discovery to the War on Terror
