Herman Cain- A Man for Today

I really admire Herman Cain. I have heard some people say that we would not vote for him so soon after Barack Obama, as if we are all racists and judge people by their color. I think a lot of people who say this are the same members of the media and the democrat party who wish to portray everyone who disagrees with them as racists in order to depress the votes for Republicans.
They Think You're Stupid: Why Democrats Lost Your Vote and What Republicans Must Do to Keep It
I can tell you as a white independent, that the color of Herman Cains skin, means nothing to me. Like Sarah Palin, he tells it like it is, he doesn't waste your time on things that don't matter, he knows that life is precious, and treats those around him with respect as long as they deserve that respect.
He knows the business world and the value of the time and money it takes to start and keep a business going. He also knows there is always someone out there looking to con you, that there are a lot of slackers out there, and that you are only as good as the effort you are willing to put into something.

Now if I had the choice between him and Sarah Palin, I would choose Sarah. But if it comes to Herman Cain and say, Huckabee, Romney, Daniels, or Newt, Herman is my man. We really need more people like Herman Cain, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina, and Sarah Palin running this country. These are all people who really care about the country. They are also people who are invested in making this country better and not bringing it down. They have all had the setbacks, dealt with adversity, understand what it is like to suffer and come out the other side better people for it. They know what people are really like and don't live in a bubble where people continually tell you what you want to hear, regardless of whether it is the truth or not.
